The foundation of the group was laid by experienced entrepreneurs from Gujarat — Mr. Dilip P. Joshi, Mr. Vijay J. Thosani, and Mr. Babulal K. Rudani. In 2007, Mr. Deepak K. Raura joined the leadership team, bringing expertise in finance, legal, and operational management. In the same year, Shree TNB Polymers Limited was incorporated to unify all business operations under one organization.
